To cope with the increasing volume of work, CIEFFE Investigazioni has designed, developed and implemented a fully computerised system for managing insurance assignments. Cloud technology has been adopted on a relational database with fully encrypted data transmission according to the latest information security technologies.

The main feature is the complete management of the workflow of each assignment from its assignment by the Company to its return, ensuring control of the timing and work of the employees involved.

The security and confidentiality of information is guaranteed by the constant updating of the systems and technologies used, the cloud-based placement of software, databases, data protection mechanisms and the use of “secure” protocols guarantee both the continuity of the service offered to our clients and compliance with the most stringent data protection and security regulations. The users themselves have different levels of access that limit and guarantee their work to the activities strictly necessary for their assigned tasks.

CIEFFE Investigazioni is very careful to ensure its clients that its services are offered in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive (ePR) and other regulations governing the activities of investigation companies (e.g. Ministry of the Interior Decree no. 269 of 2010).
